Task

A task lets you place a to-do item on your own or on another person’s Calendar after it has been accepted. You can schedule a due date for the task and include a priority (such as A1). Uncompleted tasks are carried forward to the next day. See Assigning a Task.

HINT:You can also create a Tasklist that is not associated with your Calendar. In this type of Tasklist, any item type (mail, appointment, task, reminder note, phone message) can be used.
